The American Musician Belcalis Almanzar popularly known as Cardi B, has announced  that she would  file for her Nigerian citizenship’ because of tensions among the United States and Iran.

The United States on Friday claimed obligation for the airstrike that killed a pinnacle Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani, sparking tensions within the Middle East and elevating fears of a retaliatory attack on Americans.

Reacting to the event that has got many world leaders warning against a likely escalation of war within the Middle East, Cardi B condemned the action of the USA Government and criticised President Donald Trump for making this sort of decision.

“Dumbest circulate Trump did until date (sic) … I’m submitting for my Nigerian citizenship.”
